Continental breakfast was fairly lean.

Excellent location. Limited concierge but it worked. Place is a piece of history. Can’t ask for better location. Price is great. Loved my stay there.

The individual room was fine but the service leaves something to be desired. At check in I was offered no information on the included breakfast, status was not recognized, etc. At check out still not info on the included breakfast, promised an email receipt - had to call again for the receipt - and five days later still no receipt. I feel like I did not get what I paid for and despite nice rooms I don't think I would stay here again.

The common areas in this historically important building are stunning, but the room I stayed in was poorly laid out (the picture hints at that). There was no place to sit with a laptop (you can choose the common areas to work, which look stunning), there was no light next to the bed, there was only a think blanket and no duvet, and the furniture could need an update.

Very nice set up for a base for a DC stay. Modern, linear, a little “sterile” for our taste but that’s just personal preference. Iron and ironing board in room would have been nice.
