Clean, spacious, very well situated at the base of the mountain.
Would have been a 5* review if it hast been of the rude phone callow received at 9h30pm…

Real ski in - ski out. However there were a lot of things that were not working - heater of bedroom was broken (took 2 days to get fixed) - air blower was not working - replaced n 1 day - sink was clogged - laundry was locked for use (despite the fact that it was in the unit description)

Our unit was very well situated. Everything was very clean and neat. Communication was wonderful and we hope to be back again.

Great stay, but could've been cleaner.
Check in was at 4pm and we arrived early to do some grocery shopping since we were staying in a furnished condo. Small streets and designated parking in the village at the base of the mountain, not unlike any other ski resort. The staff were still cleaning the condo at 4:15pm and did their best to be quick and thorough knowing we were waiting to get in. No idea about the previous visitors however by the looks of the trash and recycling taken out, there was quite a mess for staff to clean up. I cleaned some areas in the kitchen and bathroom before using them because a few areas were obviously missed. There was a putrid smell which dissipated after a couple of days. Nonetheless, our stay at slope-side was awesome and we did some great skiing every morning, afternoon and night which is what we came for. Outside ashtrays or butt cans would be handy. The online virtual booking was fantastic, although we paid $200 more than what we agreed when we booked (the total cost suddenly changed after we paid online). The trip was great all in all.

Location - location- location Smell cigarette, apart certainly need to be at least painted. Otherwise to go to waterpark this is one of the best licated condo.

The view from the balcony was amazing, very clean, room came with everything needed, full kitchen with everything you need. The only thing was that the gas fireplace didn’t work and the wall mounted AC was leaking water

Nice new-ish condo right on the slopes and walking distance to the lifts, waterpark, etc. Worked out great with two adults and two kids. We were pleasantly surprised overall and plan on returning.

Beautiful location. Parking was a bit tight. Bedroom covers were dirty. The pictures on Expedia showed a penthouse and what we got was not a penthouse... was very disappointed about that and when I called to complain they told me to call back when the management is there.... Communications were on point. I got replied back within few hours on email and when I called someone answered right away.

Tons of space. Good location. Sofa bed was practically useless, lol. But its a great deal for the area. Good restaurants and activities all around.
