London Queens - Euston Apartments

Really liked this place, will definitely look for this for future stays.

I booked this place for one of my clients based on the information on Hotels.com website. My colleague arrived to check in to the apartment and it was not at the listed address, when they finally got us to the correct address the key was in a lockbox on a railing outside and it was not the apartment in the pictures! I was worried about this when the booking confirmation said Longford, so I called customer services, who told me that was simply the apartment name and that it would be at the same address. When they finally got inside it was not the apartment picture and was more like student accommodation! it was completely mis-sold, DO NOT TRUST THIS.

This property is advertised as deluxe-it is in no way, deluxe. It is very basic, in furnishings and amenities. Uncomfortable bed, only 2 small thin towels to shower with, no hand towel or kitchen towel, plastic chairs for night tables, bare lightbulbs. Office address is listed as property address-misleading. Booked one of 3 units listed and was allocated a unit I did not book. Only found this out the day before arriving-too late to make a change. Price drop in under 24 hours which took me 2 hours and much frustrating communication with Hotels.com to come to a somewhat acceptable resolution. Very disappointed and will attempt to avoid booking with Hotels.com again and would never book this property again. Much better options available in the same area and at better prices.

Easy enough to get keys. Great central location. Very comfy too :)
