Second stay here, friendly and helpful staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Could do with milk and more coffee capsules in the room though. Would stay here again.

We arrived on Saturday for an overnight stay to Sunday. Courteous professional service and clean functional accommodation. Decent location, No restaurant or food service available over weekend. Local choices quite limited - but ALDI is nearby. Over 30 minute bus/train journey to city centre. Bus from airport easy to find but be prepared for a 1 hour journey. All in all city is easy to get around, bus and other transport tickets easy to use and cheap. Special group tickets per day for up to 5 people.

Very trendy decor and very clean. Bus stop for down town line 3 min walk away.

Wow, after a bad experience this hotel was a fresh breath of air. Central in Hamburg. With all amenities close by. Rooms were clean, beds were good, and a great breakfast in the morning. Will most definately return

The rooms are small but alright. The kitchen lacks a stove, but most people probably don't need that. I was very disappointed that a) I received a ground floor room despite requesting one on another level and that b) it was very hot, the windows could not be opened and I had to ask three times and wait for over an hour until a receptionist came and unlocked the windows.

Very nice property, nice to have a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Be prepared to be hot in the summer though because there is no air conditioning - the only disappointing point.

This is a great hotel; really clean and stylish. The little kitchens are well equipped and the room in general is finished to a good standard. The building is on a flight path but I can’t say it disturbed our stay. The bar has excellent drinks too. Would highly recommend.

I liked the modern style and the free parking. The place was clean and was accessible from the motorway.
