Staybridge Suites Anchorage

The hotel clerk that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He directed us to a local restaurant - Bear Paws - which was wonderful! The room was modern and clean. The breakfast, even during Covid, was a hot breakfast sandwich along with fruit, juice and cheese. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms with kitchens. Wonderful, professional and friendly staff. Free laundry. Delivered sack breakfast during the corona virus.

Clean and new. Room is spacious and has a full fridge, big bathroom, ac, tv, and a couch.

This hotel is clean and modern and very comfortable. The two bedroom unit was perfect for a family of four. Very rare to have two bedrooms in the same hotel room and it had three televisions. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice plus and it was delivered directly to the room.

The suites are great. Very clean and comfortable with stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, etc. The neighborhood has great shopping nearby but the numerous street people hanging around are very sketchy. Anchorage is not very nice any more. The front desk clerk was rather obtuse regarding our phones that did not work and regarding the included breakfast that was not happening as normal.

If I had booked this on my own they would had refunded us some money due to the issues we had. However they said since we booked it with Expedia a refund would only go back to them. Issues, Hotel was empty due to Chines flue but they still put us in the back part with worst views for easier cleaning. We asked for cleaning but never got it. They ran out of breakfast items one day. You had to ask to find out how to get HBO or internet access. The pool and hot tub were closed but still advertised on Expedia. Room layout was great and so was the location.

The breakfast was delivered to the room due to COVID.

Pretty sure this place is brand new. It's super clean, staff were great and the kitchens are nicely supplied. We left too early for breakfast but the menu looked good and there are dinners Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Love it that it has kitchenettes, clean environment.

Easy to get to, safe. Not busy. Easy parking. Not sure what it'll be like with the summer tourists, but as an in-state traveler, it was exactly what I was after.
