Artezen Hotel

I had a really great experience and loved the hotel, the room was great and the customer service received from hotel staff was equally excellent including Michael and the ladies at the desk and the chaps on the concierge desk who were helpful with suggesting restaurants, making reservations for taxis too.

The location was phenomenal. The hotel is not traditional, but has done a great job of leveraging 3rd parties to supplement some services.

Great staff, Great room, Great location

I stayed here while attending a conference near WTC. It is a bit of a walk, but not bad by NY standards. Also very close to financial district. Overall the staff was extremely helpful and greeted me, opened doors, checked in, etc. with excellent professionalism. The room was small but very well appointed and comfortable. I'd stay again.

Amazing experience. Really loved the condition of this new hotel. Very near to World Trade Center and have lots of food option.
