Doormen are the very best!! Had a puppy with me and they could have not been more kind.

We were promised an early check, room upgrade ans as well a 20 USD gift certificate which neither of them was offered. The shower was old and damaged. The place is way overrated.

Disappointing concierge service in terms of checking in and out. Clean space but very loud hallways and a bit of an odor too in the halls. Good location but not worth it.

he service at this property has to improve , staff cold and not helpful . The room was. It cleaned or sheets changed during the 7 days of my stay . There were add on charges at the time of check in . Would not recommend this property .

This hotel has a great location but was way too expensive for what it offers. I was stayed there for 4 nights with 30 family members and friends and many had issues with either their reservations - which were made 6 months ahead - or their rooms. Other problems- - reaching the front desk from inside or outside the hotel was difficult, and sometimes I had to let it ring over 20 times before someone picked up, and then was hung up on; - no coffee maker in the room and coffee only offered in the lobby until 8:30, 9:00 on weekends...part of the $40 amenity charge! I have traveled around the world and have never seen this! - the rooms are not set up for any type of work station, even the suites. Just a 24 inch round table and 2 tiny chairs. I could go on and on, but after my friends and family spent over $25000 at the hotel, none of us would go back.
