We traveled thru out Italy staying at BNB . This was our very favorite! Rafaella met us at the home and gave us info on the area and maps with tips of where to eat. She lined up a taxi to take us to the airport on our departure which was so helpful. The location is Excellent . We could walk every where . I would walk in the mornings to a little shop to get pastries and cappuccino before my husband was ready and always felt safe. Comfortable beds. Best of everything and highly recommend

This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a smart building close to the top of the Spanish Steps. It’s an uphill but easy walk. Well furnished, with good airconditioning (much needed in Summer!) and a small but equipped kitchen area. Raffaella was prompt in meeting us to check in and out, helping to call a taxi for the airport. We enjoyed our stay in a perfect location, walking distance from sights, shopping, restaurants and transport (Spagna metro station is easily accessible by lift to ground level). Highly recommended and hope to revisit in future!

This is a great location -But please watch out - there are two things you need to be aware: 1. the hidden cleaning surcharges that equate more or less to the same price of the night - 2. the rudeness of the manager - (not a Hotel NOR bed and breakfast either) She needs to learn how to be a host. Travelling in so many places you learn to appreciate nice and cordial people and you also recognize when you have to deal with a rude and in your face person. This case was the latter of the two. The manager verbally assaulted me by telling me that she contacted me several times prior to my arrival to know the time. Her manners were very short and aggressive. She finally came - gave me the wrong information on parking. She also was very insistent to selling me a bike ride. - When she came for the keys the next day - instead of a cordial farewell - she inspected the property and left. The way to inspect was similar to a surveyor at a job site. So unfriendly...

We had a great stay at the property. Raffaella was amazing. Check in was easy. She arranged transportation from Rome airport and helped us get to know the city. We had trouble with the internet during our stay and she took care if fixing right away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend highly.
