I've had means here many times but this was the first time I have stayed - and it was outstanding. Given the closure of all pubs the day before (Corvid) they managed room service and unfailing hospitality and obvious concern means I will return as soon as I can.

The room was really comfortable and high standard as well as the rest of the hotel. Location is beautiful with mountains all around and the staff topped this up with their friendly & helpful attitude. Would highly recommend.

What a surprise!
This was a great place to stay. We had a lovely room. The staff were so friendly and helpful and could not do enough for us. They recommended places to see and always enquiries if we had enjoyed our day. The food was really good and we were so sorry to leave. One of the best places we have stayed.

Beautiful hidden gem in the mountains
A very relaxing atmosphere for a lovely short break. There's lots to do in the local area and the food here is just superb for any meal. Portion sizes are generous and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant is very warm and welcming after a day out in the Welsh mountain air.

Adequate though not great
Perfectly adequate. Our modestly-sized room was too warm and when we opened the windows we were disturbed by the road noise. Staff very friendly. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were puzzlingly crumbly.

Simply the best
This is a lovely hotel. The accommodation was excellent. We had the Cadair Suite. The food was amazing. We booked an evening meal and my only regret was I couldn’t manage a desert. Breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were exceptional. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
