Country Cove

My wife and I were looking to stay in Nashville for a few days but did not want to stay in the downtown area. I looked at some of the local hotels in the area and Country Cove by far offered more. I am so happy that I stayed there. Full kitchen, laundry, billiards table, living room, and use of outdoor area. 25 minutes to airport, 5 minutes to Franklin, 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. Great location!!!! Also town of Brentwood has an incredible public library (especially children’s section of library). Strongly recommend anyone staying in Bashville to stay here!!!!

We liked the location of the property. Although outside of downtown Nashville, it was an easy commute to Broadway and all the attractions we wanted to see. Also a couple nice restaurants and shopping locations in the area for any necessities you may need. We were disappointed in the overall condition of the property. The house is in need of updating: carpet is stained and very dirty looking and just needs to be replaced. You can see where fixtures have been repaired or replaced, paint was chipped and upgrades were not done in a professional manner. The house is also somewhat noisy. The main floor is hardwood and tile, which causes sound to echo. As other lodgers entered at midnight, we were able to hear them walking and dragging their suitcases from our room on the second floor. On the second half of our stay, we were located in the bedroom at the back of the house on the main floor. This room is next to the laundry area where someone decided to do a load of washing at 10:30pm. The thumping of the washer while on the spin cycle woke us up. This property is convenient, the property manager attentive, and probably a good value for the price. However, the overall aesthetics of the property could use some updating and is probably not a good choice if you are a light sleeper.

Enjoyed it! Beautiful house in a beautiful area! Easy to check in and out. Love the concept of how they rent out this house.

Convenient location in a beautiful neighborhood It was 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to see

The name is accurate - it's a lovely house filled with country charm. It's not all new, which is a plus for me, as I was more comfortable in this lived in environment. I had a spacious private suite with full bathroom, closet, smart TV, chairs, etc. plus a lot of common area. The kitchen is a special touch, with full cooking capability, albeit basic pots, pans, and utensils. Breakfast is basic self serve, with a decent set of options. Politely worded rules are posted in multiple places, basically be kind unto others and clean up after yourself. It's family owned. They do not live in the house, but I found them very responsive when I needed them. Expedia's message relay service was a problem, so I recommend a direct hello email to their address (posted on the rules signs) when you arrive to avoid lost communication. If you are disabled, please call ahead to discuss. They were very accommodating for me, but there are some structural issues that may prove a problem. There are steps (I didn't think to try the back door, though), and 3/4 suites are on the second floor, stairs only. Location is excellent, about halfway between downtown Franklin and Brentwood's shopping district (mall district?), yet in a sparsely housed area, so it feels out of the way. There are some gorgeous country drives nearby. There are flaws, but they are mostly minor - the tub was a bit shallow, scuffs on the walls and stains on the carpets, wearing off wood surfaces, etc. I enjoyed it.

Liked the country / southern look of Tennessee and the friendliness of the people. Also enjoyed the privacy of us being on the firstfloor

We loved everything about it... Really felt like home.

They did a good job making it feel like home. Could have done with a little more cookware, but we had the essentials. And black out curtains for the pear suite PLEASE!

Great place to stay and not far from downtown. Property is beautiful.
