Great hotel, very clean, elegant, comfortable with very nice people working

It was a good experience. Staff were nice and friendly. The waiters sometimes forgot our orders though. But all in all, a nice stay. The rooms and the hotel look exactly like in the pictures.

Rooms nice and modern and spacious. Gardens beautiful. Location great. Staff very helpful and friendly but levels of English limited which sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Pool looked gorgeous but was in heated and too cold.

Beautiful and peaceful place, really nice staff. Amazing beach. Love the beach restaurant too, they could change up and or have more menu variety there though. Thank you for an amazing time!

Hilton hotel is very new in Cabo Verde, one year old, I believe. Service, food, facilities are of very good standard. Very friendly staff. Location is superb. Can’t really recall anything that I didn’t like.

After 10AM is almost impossible to get a place at the beach or pool. The chairs often are reserved by guests which are not using it. The hotel’s management takes no action to avoid it!! Guest need to discuss with each other to get a place.

Excellent Hotel perfectly located on the beach within a short distance stroll into Santa Maria. Rooms are kept , grounds are very well maintained. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very helpful and polite. Greeted by the lovely Everton and a special thanks to Kas, Tanya and Marcellio. Overall a very relaxing stay :)

having stayed there twice over the course of two weeks I was happy returning with the feeling of coming "home". There is room for complains but anyone who has visit SAL or Cape Verde knows how rare it is to find a service Hilton offers on the Island. The nearby beach can only be matched with the once of Miami Beach, Anguilla or St Bart's. Food is also great with very reasonable prices. the kids club offers relief (travelled with kids) and the jazzbar offers cool evening groove. I could be petty by complaining on the singing breakfast servant 6.30 in the morning, but instead enjoyed the moment with a smile with the memory of my French drunk neighbours who woke me up 2am. Or the patronizing kitchen chef asking me if I see any banana tree when my 4 year old wanted banana. (PS, bananas are the only export good from SAL island). The management who worked there tried, but the language barrier with some of the lower end workforce could be improved. (Pretty scary when security doesn't understand English). I don't know when or if I will return to SAL, but when I do, there is only one place that feels like coming 'home'. until next time, Hilton...
