3 nights stay after trip to Sweden

The hotel is in a good location. Spacious clean and modern accommodation. The kitchen was handy too. Really comfy bed and will definitely stay again

Long story short, this is the e-mail I sent in the day before check out and got 0 response nor acknowledgement come check out. This e-mail is regarding room 302 and the troubles we have had regarding our stay over the last couple of days. My partner and I are very easy going people, simply wanting a clean and safe place to sleep and that seems almost too much to ask for. We arrived on Sunday the 27th and were very grateful that we were allowed to check-in early as our flight was early. As we get to the room, there are no towels, not a big deal as we ran across the street and they were delivered quite quickly. Upon getting back to the hotel later that evening and wanting to shower, the above showerhead looks like it is going to fall on us as it is hanging off the hinges. We cautiously shower as it was a long day and just wanted to get to bed. While crawling into bed my partner notices several large brown stains on the sheets, we call across about the shower and the sheets. We were brought an under sheet and the gentleman take a look at the shower saying he’ll make a note, that things break around here all the time and that we should talk to a manager about the sheet stains. Once we remove the soiled sheet to replace it with the new one, we see that the exact stain is in the mattress now. Not knowing what this stain could be we flip the mattress over to avoid sleeping on it, now having to sleep on a very uncomfortable and hard bed, whilst our neighbors are partying until

Fine except check in ID check was pedantic for someone who has already paid provided a UK address and bank card

They have two properties right opposite to each other. There is an elevator which is good for moving all my suitcase. i am happy with my room. Bed was comfy and the bathroom is cosy with a good shower. Cleaning lady is good too. Got a room on 2nd floor with na open view. Kitchenette is so useful and am happy with my stay.
