We book for the signature one , we arrived and they give us a standard room.My wife insisted that wasn’t the room she booked.They gave us , a better one,but we never got the signature one cause it was ready rented to an other person.Overall the room was clean ,the bed was ok, it’s not very good soundproof and for the breakfast we never knew there was none except in morning cause of the covid.

Bonne acceuil, propre, bien situé, facile et rapide d'accèes

The room smelled like cigarettes, there was spider webs by the air conditioner, a mouse trap in the closet and about a half dozen house flies in the room. Needless to say - we didn't stay the night!

Le déjeuner était très bien. Le personnel était sympathique. Il n'y a que la salle de bain dans notre chambre qui mériterait une mise à jour, mais la chambre était confortable et propre.

The motel was acceptable and matched the expectations you would have of a motel. Some items in the room were a little old, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This was suppose to be a renovated room but the bathroom hadn't seen a renovation in decades the bath surround has cracks and holes stains on the walls trim coming apart. The continental breakfast is truly sub par and no place to eat had to grab toast and juice and bring it back to the room through the parking lot.

first, please speak me in french. Second, motel charge full price with annullation

If you enjoy sleeping right beside a power station right outside your back window (and I do mean immediately behind you!) this is the place for you. Their cancellation policy is not 24 hours, not 48 hours but 72 hours! Pretty much guaranteed you won't be able to cancel in time. Staff is evidently used to customers like me, who are appalled at the thought of sleeping beside the power plant, and then quoting that there is nothing they can do, as it is "policy". I even got one of their recently renovated room and that wasn't impressive either - caulking missing around the tub and shower surround, mold coming through the new paint job on the shower ceiling, water damage on the same ceiling, ancient windows with no screens. I think it's fair to say that I really didn't like the place and would never recommend it.

The free breakfast was in a very small lobby. It consisted of 1 toaster 1 small coffee pot some yogurt, bread, packaged muffins and some fruit. There were 6 people in the lobby and you could hardly move i put my coffe on the counter and was told to remove it. There was no place to put anyting down. You have to take it back to your room ir sit on chairs outside and they were chilly mornings. The place was dated and needs some remodeling. Other nicer hotels in area.
