So so for the price
Poor employee training, so so accommodation quality for that price range. There are plenty of new choices in hotels thanks to rebranding/offer repositioning. I feel like the whole industry is getting better at offering great service with updated accomodations for a competitive price. Not in this case I regularly stay at hotels for business or pleasure and do not remember a time where the front desk person made me feel unwelcomed. In addition, I was expecting better room accomodations for that price range. Connectivity was not great /plugs/streaming/... and bathroom was more in line with an entry level place. I guess location is enough to keep this place afloot but for that price range, I was definitely expecting higher standards.

Excellent!!! Everything was great, the room, the staff, the location, and the breakfast each morning was such a nice surprise! Worth every penny! When we return tonDC this is where we will stay.

Safe and sound in DC
Perfect location and immaculate hotel. The valet in and out privileges were tremendously helpful. Starbucks is next-door! Will definitely stay there again.
