Noisy works going on til after 12. Bashing and drilling. This is a hostel, not a hostal. Also had an issue with someone turning up out of the blue and entering the room.

Great staff, nice area close to Atocha and Prado. Only fans not AC so it can get stuffy.

Friendly staff, clean but a bit noisy from others
The staff was really helpful in general and sometimes excellent. The room was clean and the bathroom clean enough in general depending on who went in it before. Concerning the noise it's prob1bly different according to the people in the hostel if they respect the others or not. I found it a bit noisy for me. The breakfast included does not offer any variety. But I still will recommand it. The location is good, not touristic, in the old part of Madrid.
