Orchard Street Hotel

We loved this place! Room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice view. The price was very reasonable. It was the perfect location for us. The people working at the desk were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Overall it was a good room for our purpose. We were there to see the city and so it wasn’t so bothersome that the room was very small. There was a light continental breakfast that would have served the purpose but it wasn’t always staffed or stocked. Staff was very friendly but I was disappointed I had to pay more than our friends even though I prepaid for a discount. Very cool look on the outside and interesting inside as well. Relatively quiet at night. Comfortable beds.

We arrived and were greeted by the front desk clerk. She was welcoming and cheerful. The rooms are quite small, but immaculate and bed was quite comfortable. We heard very little noise too! Those are major pluses for us. The water pressure was ok in shower and the exhaust fan did not seem to be functioning, but not a Major issue... The assorted cereals, fresh fruit ,coffee/tea mini bagels and muffins were a nice extra.(coffee was great). We love this location, not too far from great restaurants, theater etc. price is the best! Staff all very polite and helpful. We have stayed here numerous times with family and friends visiting my son.😄👍
