Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square Central

Service at reception was fabulous. It was a longish stay so I met different staff that week. All were always most helpful. Thank you friends at Hampton Inn.

Breakfast was delicious, great service. Great location, close to public transportation and easy to and from Airport.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews here on Hotels.com - unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. Despite the fact that we did NOT reserve a handicap accessible room, that is what we were given. When we tried to change rooms, based on the fact that our room was immediately in front of the elevator, we were told that we couldn't since we had been booked in the handicap accessible room, and by a third party (Hotels.com). There was significant noise from the hallway, the room was very small, and the furnishings and carpet very outdated. Just a very disappointing experience overall.

Outstanding location and value for money pricing. Great for both business and family stay. Good Breakfast spread and very friendly staff. If you use valet parking, just ensure you give at least 30mins to get the car....looks like they park farther away.
