Holiday Inn Bandung Pasteur

Friendly staff, from front desk to bell service/concierge. However, location of hotel is off...wherever we are from, heading back to the hotel havr to take a far off U turn and the traffic is massive ..

The hotel is not really 4 stars . The service is 2 stars service , they have poor communication between their receptionist with house keeping area and buffet area etc . A simple request to bring 1 towel and 1 cup will take 4 phone calls to receptionist and 45 mins waiting times . The charge extra 1 head count during breakfast due to poor communication between their department.

Good enough for reasonable price

A lovely, clean and comfortable hotel which is not far from the airport. The hotel even provides a steam iron and an ironing board. The slippers made of thin synthetic material were great -- being water-resistant, they could be used in the bathroom as well. It is thoughtful of the hotel to provide 2 bottles of Nestle brand drinking water everyday. On the ground floor, there is a small convenience store. Getting a taxi is easy because the helpful hotel staff will call one for you. Wi-fi signal in the room is strong but the internet speed is average.

We stayed for 2 weeks, at the beginning we had some problems with our room, the bed was very old and not comfortable at all (mattress was yellow and nasty from the old hotel) this hotel used to be Aston Hotel but they change it to Holiday Inn 2 yrs ago, they said. But the mgr.ms.Chitra was very nice and helpful also her staff ms.Marwah moved us to better room. They did such a great job to make sure that our stays comfortable.The breakfast was good and the restaurant mgr Mr. Cepi was very nice and pleased also his staff Mr. Yana always nice to us. Overall we have a great time stay in this hotel and we’ll definitely go back someday

Breakfast buffet could have more variety. Also I noticed that the sausage served for breakfast was cooked together with the frozen pack plastic left on! This is bad and dangerous!

Stay was very comfortable very friendly staff . Food I would say is ok not great . Breakfast spread is good . Swimming pool is good but water is very cold

Awesome stay and hotel service was very impressive. One small suggestion to improve restaurant menu to have more variety and add chicken in breakfast. Else all fine and i would love to go back there again when i will be in bandung in future.

The hotel was OK but certainly not 4 star. Limited toiletries, unable to contact hotel before arrival and then they allow smoking in common area such as the café. Also the sound proofing is very poor as you can hear doors closing from early morning and people taking in the surrounding rooms
