Comfortable and accommodating
We have stayed here many times. The accommodation is comfortable and great value. The managers are lovely and hospitable. Its in a quiet location and offers a range of accommodation. Will continue to stay here when we visit Bicheno.

Friendly welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. Just a few ants in the room which was a bit disconcerting but nice , quiet room and very comfy beds

Front garden furniture needs repairing otherwise a nice stay. Apart from guests talking right outside our room and waking us up.

Bedding clean and comfortable with good qualty towels and linen. Unfortunately too many signs reminding you of the penalty for leaving the unit untidy. Considering the poor state of the lounge a bit of a contradiction.

We liked it.
The room was very functional , clean and tidy , nice bed , the book in was fast and friendly , fresh milk, one minor complaint was that the hot water took too long to come through , therefore costing the motel excessive water costs, when the hot water came on it was great.
