The Dostyk Hotel

I was very pleasantly surprised by this property. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Food was very good as well. Rooms are quiet and comfortable

Room was excellent great bathroom ,large room Breakfast very well presented in a fairly formal room. Negatives the beauty services went available dispite the hotel Saying they were,pool was functional but a Little tired Last of all while some of the reception staff and foyer staff were wonderful one woman was not at all welcoming or helpful

Great hotel with excellent staff and amenities. We especially liked the pool.

Staff were very helpful and receptive even though our flight arrived at 1:30am. The room was clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The Spa was also a highlight allowing us to relax completely our first day before setting out on any adventures and then to relax again at night.

Service was very good. Nice rooms. The business center printer needs a new ink cartridge; it only prints in pink. The view from our room was a roof; you could inquire about rooms with a view. The wifi worked well.

Loved it here. 5 stars all the way from the super early check-in to the late check out. The wonderful staff could not do enough for me. Great location, huge rooms, fast wifi, which can be an issue here. Lovely bars, great spa, saunas, gym and pool big enough for laps. The kicker was the Kubrick-esque corridors. I stayed a week and did not want to leave. Almaty is a wonderful city as well. A hidden gem, just like the Dostyk. I’ll be back.

This was my second time at The Dostyk hotel: Close to everything, great value, clean, nice breakfast; will come back and stay there upon my next trip in Almaty.

It was very good. Comfortable location for me and good service.
