Best Western Route 66 Rail Haven

Very friendly staff and they have done a great job at keeping the hotel clean and somewhat modern. Internet was quick and decent TV's. My door had some small gaps that let the cold in, just needs newer weather stripping. That was my only negative.

Restored motor inn, with outside entrances for all room. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Springfield.

Amazing little motel. True to the Route 66 vibe!! Highly recommend it. Would stay again.

My husband and I love the Marilynn Monroe theme room, so we always booked it whenever we are in town. Cute, spacious room with comfortable bed and jetted tub which is the number one favorite of mine!

If you ever have a problem with leaving things in hotel rooms and I know you do, rest easy! I was only 15 miles down the hiway when I realized, I had left my jacket in the room, with $1, 680 cash and a credit card, in the pocket along with a class 2 medication. 10 seconds later the hotel called me! Immediatly, I drove back, with my heart pounding all the way. My jacket was returned immediately, with every dollar and every tablet in my bottle. God bless house keeping and office personal! I travel often, visiting my children. I leave things behild, "a lot" but never have I recieved a call, informing me. This time, I did and what a blessing. My stay was restful and that is was I needed. Staff was incredible. Accomidations were great! Thank you Rail Haven.

it was very convenient to where I had eye surgery & the pharmacy. I believe you get your money's worth. The only thing I would like to see is (much) taller toilets!!!!!

It was clean and everything worked. Most of the staff were very helpful but one was real rude we were told by evening staff that they would have a grab and go for us in morning before we left for the bass pro run at 5:30-5:45 but when we tried to get it she said we could not get it till 6:00 and acted like we should not of bothered her before then. we had to go so no food before our run🙁. Besides that I would and will stay here again.

It has a 50's style/route 66 feel. Yet it has the modern comforts. We loved the bed and great selections on the tv. It was really cold so we enjoyed the heater too! We had late arrivals and the staff was very accomodating.

The motel is historic. It is very clean and the property is well kept. The only issue I have is with the used car lot across the street. It will occasionally play a warning to trespassers to stay off their property. It is apparently triggered by a motion detection system. The problem is that it goes off in the middle of the night. Motel manages seemed at a loss as to what to do. I shared a few ideas. Hopefully they will get this addressed soon.

Very nice rooms and the cleanest rooms I’ve ever seen and we travel a lot. Since I forgot my house shoes, I walked around in white socks and they did not get dirty! Extremely clean!!! We will definitely stay again!
