We were pleased with accomodations. Rooms were clean and free bottled water at desk

Very disappointed in the hotel and the room. Bed was horrible. Service was good and room was clean. Definitely not worth what I paid for the room. No idea how they have such a high rating.

What i liked: roof over my head. What i didnt like: check in experience - We arrived Friday night around 8pm and the front desk attendent had an attitude. We got to our room and the AC wasnt kicking on, so i called the front desk and waited 3 or 4 minutes for an answer, later to find out the attendent was on a personal call with a friend, and when i told her the AC didnt work she said "what you want AC?!" As if it having working AC was an unexpected request. She then said she would be down in a few moments. we got our stuff out of our car and left it on the cart incase we moved rooms, thats when we saw her on her phone, we got our stuff loaded and into our room, then 10 minutes later she arrived. She walked in and immediatly said "its cold here and you want AC?!?" I replied yeah its 72 i prefer 68 and air flow for the room she then *rolled her eyes* and complaigned the entire time she was in there about how shes glad she doesnt live with me and that she couldn't take the cold. Ac started working and she left. Room - the bed was not comfy. The windows did not have a full curtain just a sheer, a see thru white piece of fabric, which you could see through at night and our room faced the eastern sky so there was no protection from the morning sun glaring down right on our bed. The shower head wouldnt move and was angled to hit the back wall spilling onto the floor. Price- $120 a night for this crap 10/10 would rather repeat 2020 than ever stay at this hotel again.

Me and my husband wake up bug bits on both on us and the lady that check us in she very rude

I was put into a room that had a leak of some sort from the a/c unit and a strong musty odor. So much that it was nauseating. I told the guy at the front desk about it and he said the carpet was cleaned so that's what it was. Everytime I cleaned my carpet at home it smelled better than before so I didn't understand that. Another thing is I had to be cold for my stay because Everytime I turned the heater on, the A/C made the smoke alarm go off. Upon check out the supervisor denied me my receipt and have me one that had my amounts blacked out with a marker. I ended up getting my receipt after showing my frustration and refusing to leave without proof I paid.

Rooms were left dirty. They checked a group of 5 rooms along with 5 children into unmade unclean rooms. Stating they don’t clean the rooms until after 3 days guest has left. Would not provide proper towels or linens.

Went for a funeral. Rooms were left dirty for 3 days because they said they have to wait to clean the rooms. Owner was rude.

No coffee available in lobby 👎 I understand the no morning buffet but at least have coffee and creamer for travelers in the morning. I do not like the individual coffee in the bedrooms.

Check-in was painless ... water and a grab bag was provided for breakfast ...

seemed a little high priced for what it is. Not an old hotel but not well maintained.
