Quality Inn and Suites

The staff were so welcoming and kind.....it felt like home to us!! Clean venue and willing to do anything to make your stay superb.

We havs always stayed here when we come to Yorkton as they are the best of the best. The staff is always so kind and accomodating, the detail to cleaniness is remarkable, beds/pillows are amazing and the breakfast whether on site or to go is over the top!! Definitely recommend this as a 5 star accomodation!

The sheets weren’t great quality and had stains on them. The room we got actually had a huge hole in the window almost looked like a stray bullet hit the window and only tape was used to fix so it was quite an eye sore. At night the hot water seemed to take longer to heat up in the tub/shower. The television was very blurry and very poor quality. The breakfast which was already minimal due to covid ran out of most items so all that was available was yogurt and cereal out of the six or so original items they offer. The gentleman who worked nights wasn’t very friendly but the lady who worked during the day with blonde curly hair was probably the only good thing about the hotel. She was sweet and kind and as helpful as possible with the tools and products she was provided.

Your person at the desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. My husband normally stays at the Comfort Inn but decided to stay at The Quality Inn. My husband has used his managers credit card for the past 20 years within issue with the exception of your hotel this past Wednesday night. The room was booked through Expedia. Your hotel will definitely NOT be on our list of hotels to stay at be it for company or personal use.

Great hotel. Spacious and nice. Pool AND hot tub were open. It’s been months since I’ve been in a hotel where they had both open.

Phoned reservations where while on hold to see if they had a room for us (Pet friendly) we sat on hold until we were hung up on. Then went onto Trivago to get room. Got there. Felt front desk had a pretty bad attitude. Found out not a pet friendly hotel though advertised on the 2nd site. Also reservations could have told us that. Why do you use such useless reservation? Will not use this company again.

Really happy with my stay. Hotel is in great condition and staff are attentive to guest needs. The hotel is across from a mall and grocery store which is perfect!

I was quite disgusted with the lack of info published when booking! I have two young kids that were beyond excited about the pool, hot tub and water slide. Well upon arriving I checked in and seen a sign stating water slide unavailable until further notice, so I questioned the guy at the desk he wasn’t overly friendly and not once apologetic. Then he stated you have to book a pool time and I asked how it worked and he said only one hour and one slot per day. So we booked 6-7. What I found sad was from 4-6 and 9-10 there was no one in the pool and we could have used it, and that we couldn’t book a swim time for tomorrow until tomorrow. So we entered the pool and guess what the hot tub is unavailable until further notice, shameful. So we tried the pool it wasn’t overly clean the cement rim was falling off, the pool was absolutely freezing and the room temperature was freezing. Next the room, the bathroom absolutely disgusting, the shower head is so full of scum I could puke (I took a photo) the soap holder is dirty (also took. Picture) and along the sealant it’s black (took pictures) this is so unsanitary and I’m disgusted and very upset especially because I have two young kids that had to experience this. I will never book here again and I won’t say a good name for this hotel. Housekeeping was banging on our door at 7:50am, woke us all up and the realized they had the wrong room for cleaning.

Room was great and clean and check in was easy. Pool was open but you had to book a time to use it. Hottub and waterslide were both closed, wish we would’ve known this beforehand.
