New property. Center of the action. Great breakfast, even given the COVID situation.

Elegant new hotel in the middle of Gdańsk Starówka, lot’s of restaurants around, very friendly stuff,modern rooms, beautiful washroom and very comfortable beds. I would recommend to everyone.

See-through bathroom is very silly. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean. Staff were helpful, but impersonal. A very modern, yet soulless hotel.

This hotel is located in the hear of Gdansk, within walking distance of most prominent sites to visit. It offers underground parking on premises which can be reserved in advance - keep in mind that parking in Gdansk when busy is not very straightforward. The building is modern and has a wow factor with its big open space inside and windows facing the inside of the building - like a small neighbourhood. This had one big positive for us - quietness and one big negative - no fresh air to circulate in the room. I guess with this location probably it was more of a plus than a negative. The room was minimalistic and the bathroom had glass walls, which is separated from the bed with a curtain - not everyone's preference. Our overal experience was very good, but would be even nicer if there was a way to let fresh air in and not depend only on air con.

Hotel very clean and generally most things ok, only issue was the card key for the room was forever not working, ended up with 6 different keys, otherwise excellent hotel

The hotel was nice and modern with some interesting solutions (housekeeping only in request, no hairdryers in the rooms, no mini bars, no one supplied water to our room I guess due to the fact we didn’t need daily housekeeping and over half of the rooms had all windows into the courtyard you everyone can look into them from the glass lifts unless of course you keep your blinds down) which I am certain there are good reasons for. Nothing could have been charged to our room so we needed to take our wallets down to the breakfast and up to the bar. The breakfast was one of the most expensive I have ever came across which left us both shocked for a day (65zl pp vs 14,5zl pp across the street) and it was not worth the money so I’d recommend this to be reviewed. Some service hiccups (A: “could I please have a cup of tea” ; B: “No, ask at the reception” But that was one of many interactions with the staff whom all of which were very nice and professional. We did think that the room was really nice, bed very comfy and location of course great and would for sure return however not for the breakfast.

Prior to staying we tried to change our booking due to COVID (we were not comfortable travelling). The hotel were impossible to contact initially so we used our agent to do it, their policy was contrary to every other hotel we had bookings with during COVID and Puro insisted on not offering a refund. We therefore had to go or lose money. On arrival the staff provided no information about the hotel, amenities etc and simply checked us in. During the stay the lights in the room turned on automatically in the room at 2.45am waking us up - very poor. The sauna was open and we were told to call ahead to check it was free which we did, when we turned up 2 mins later it was full! Aside from the issues, the location of the hotel is good, pre assistance with taxi also good, local info via email before hand was poor. Room was nice although the privacy to the bathroom was very poor - only a curtain which didn't close properly was in the way. Blind was broken. Overall the initial service from the hotel around our booking dampened the stay so i would look elsewhere in future given there are several other good alternatives at a similar price.

stunning property in perfect location in the old town. close to a lot of dining options. great service and amenities. comfy bed. rooftop bar with decent coctails. will be back.

Awful, truly awful. I've never spoken to any hotel staff that were so rude and unhelpful. I would recommend that anyone stay literally anywhere else in Gdansk than here.
