Huge flat with more space than indicated in the photos. Great location. Could use a bit of a refurbishment- paint, etc. But overall very nice.

The location was great and the staff was extra lovely and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and great.... but we couldn’t sleep at night which is the reason for my less than perfect rating. The neighbors above my friends unit were super loud from 11pm -1:30am the first two nights. They said they were moving furniture and hammering. Then in ours, EVery night between the hours of 3-4 am a linen delivery service (not sure if it was for this hotel or somewhere else) would park on one end of the street and take a huge rolling rack of linens all the way down the cobble stone street. And then back again. It woke me and the kids every night. Then it was hard to fall asleep after as there was a constant stream of loud work vehicles coming by the rest of the morning. One with orange flashing lights parked Right outside our window the second night with some sort of safety device that blared out “preparing to back up” super loudly for a good 10min. It was like Sleeping in traffic torture. Our bedroom was maybe a foot from the street on the first floor. The should really invest in some floor insulation (area rugs in the living room) and triple paned windows for bedrooms that face the street. It’s a shame because

I booked this hotel because it was close to Blackfriars Underground Tube and Overland Rail station. The hotel turned to be a true gem hidden away on a no vehicle little alley. The location is superb for being so close to St Paul's Cathedral (church bells), a couple grocery stores, and the public transportation Very quiet location, new and modern apartment. This apartment is spacious and well laid out. Every thing was perfect especially the most comfortable bed you will find anywhere. We needed very little interaction with the front desk, but they were most accommodating when we asked for some supplies. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Large space for London, quiet area, but easily accessible to transport. Would definitely stay there again.
