Breakfast was only for 1 pax per room as compared to when I booked which stated breakfast for 2 pax per room Amenities such as soaps, bath gel and no shampoo provided. Not replenished on second day.

Problem with the Internet. Non of the staff is helpful in this sense. Called numerous time with no reply. Even went down to the reception but did not get any help. During check out tried to talk to the duty manager but does not treat customer properly by not attending. Only gave a call after left the place.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Swimming pools not well maintained and looked dirty. Deck cordoned off for maintenance. Poor planning for festive season.

Location is great as it is close proximity with Tesco, banks and restaurants. Ample free parking. Hotel room condition a bit run down.

Satisfactory but hv a lot of room for improvements
Overall a good and decent hotel even though the rates can be expensive. We stayed on 15th floor and the corridor is stuffy. AC not switched on along the corridor but AC are super cool in the rooms, you can't really adjust the temperature. The hot water in bathroom is so hot and you cant really adjust the temperature down either, so cant complaints about not having hot water or sauna..lol. Location is good, lot of street food stalls, laundry shop nearby and huge Tesco just opposite the hotel. Breakfast buffet is average but dont be so late because they dont really replenish ..not worth paying RM36 per PAX. If you have kids swimming pool need cleaning and maintenance. The pool area on 3rd floor could be very hot and not much shades are offered on this area.
