Beautiful apartment, well laid out and comfortable. Only minor points were common area which appears heavily used and kettle.

The apartment is large and spacious within a perfect area located for shopping bars and night life.

It was a good place to stay but the area is very noisy and we couldn't sleep so well.

The guest service personnel were very prompt and good. The apartment itself needs attention. For instance the sliding glass door to enter the apartment was broken and would not lock. The outdoor to the patio did lock but still felt uncomfortable that the sliding glass door did not lock. Also, the flooring looked dirty and worn. You could tell it had been there for quite some time due to the appearance. In addition, the dining room chairs looked dirty and were torn at the seems. Probably the most frustrating thing was the AC in the master bedroom did not work. It was approximately 100 degrees in Madrid and the upstairs was so hot. It stayed 85 degrees upstairs. The large window in the master bedroom only had 2 blinds it appears the others were missing and did not provide shade from the blazing sun. Also, the water pressure in both bathrooms was not good at all. I would not stay at this location again. The management needs to have the apartment updated and fix the problems. I paid a good sum of money to stay 3 nights and do not think it was worth it. The location was great with many restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Myself and Mam Dad brother and 2 year old niece stayed in one if the two bed apartments. It was fantastic. Lovely and bright. Spotlessly clean and an excellent kitchen to rustle up some breakfast. Bathrooms were very big and had toiletries. Over all a super stay
