The Emblem Hotel

Perfect service and beautiful room. The location is in the old town but the room is quiet. The lounge was elegant and you can enjoy the beautiful time with cigar and alcohol. If I will come Prague again I definitely choose this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and we were able to go to our room earlier than expected. The room had everything we needed and the staff were able to give us a balcony room as we had requested one. Great location and within walking distance of many restaurants.

The staff were truly friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and the bathroom perfect. There was gym and pool which we wished we’d known about beforehand so we could have swam.

The location of The Emblem is fantastic; you can walk everywhere in Prague; the old town square is less than 5 min away. It couldn’t been better!! The staff is very nice and helpful and they made our stay memorable. I will definitely come back.

It’s in a perfect spot , 5 min walk from Charles Bridge , 2 min walk from Old Square. Staff are brilliant and it was my Birthday so they added loads of nice touches.

From the time we walked in; the smell, appearance, and sounds were inviting and pleasant! Erika was extremely helpful and informative about all things Prague and the nuisance of the experience there. Our room and staff were exceptional. Having the best Steakhouse , at George, did not hurt the experience either... Yum! Overall, I plan to always stay at The Emblem when visiting Prague.

We were expecting so much from this hotel, reviews were fantastic. It was mediocre at best. Check in was delayed, the hotel put our suitcases in another room, the steam room and sauna were not turned on when we went to use it, the cleaners opened the window (on the fifth floor at -2 degrees) and they also did not clean (other than to make the bed). All of this we mentioned to the hotel, and unfortunately they did not even so much as apologise. In future I will be visiting a different hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in an INCREDIBLE location. We loved using the rooftop hot tub. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel served us one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten and I would highly recommend going there. Even if you don’t stay in the hotel. The only thing I would say was disappointing about this hotel was the bed. It’s a pretty essential element of a hotel and with everything else being near perfect in the entire hotel, it was a little confusing as to why they would have such a key element let them down.
