Good location in Madrid
Wanted a hotel near Atocha train station and this fit the bill. Requested a room with a balcony and got a large room overlooking the street. Large bathroom. Comfy bed. Even though the room had plenty of space for shelf space. it was minimal. Having a safe in the room is important to me but ours was not working and no one could fix it until Monday so we were without a safe for two days. Otherwise, I was pleased with the room and our stay.

Great location! Small improvements needed
The location was perfect! The service was very good. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet when you close the blinds. To improve: the beds were pushed together and completely different in terms of firmness which was uncomfortable. It is nice that there are lockers to leave your luggage for 1 euro after checkout. There is zero privacy in the bathroom. There is nowhere to put stuff! Maybe add some shelves near the sink. A luggage stand or two would be helpful. The air freshener in the lobby is horrible....we opted to wait outside in the rain.
