Ramada Santo Domingo Princess Hotel

This place needs to be shut down by the department of health in its country. Ill start off by sayin this was a 1 night stay because of an emergency. This place smells like death everywhere in that building. We tried 4 different rooms to satisfy us. But nothing was clean enough. Outdated furniture, broken, dirty bathroom, rotting faucet, broken AC. The front desk staff will bs you into believing someone is going to fix the AC but never do. You’ll receive a memo under the door in evening explaining is under maintenance. The front desk will advise you to open the window instead. Also understand the security, valet parking and extras gather outside to talk nonsense all night in front of your window. My husband slept in car because he couldn’t deal. Morning after close to 10am and the so called manager still had not arrived. The staff advised us to contact Hotels.com directly. I did and so they tried reaching them via phone. Unsuccessful. Told me I would receive information in 48-72 hours. And nothing. Don’t fall for their inexpensive prices. It’s not worth it. You probably catch something . Its not sanitary at all.

The Staff the Ramada Hotel were helpful in Several ways, ordering food out, Local Markets along with any Hotel Needs.

On Arrival the Staff was Patient and Kind, if there are any issues the Staff will do their best to make You feel Comfortable, my TV Wasn't working initially, they gave me a upgrade RM for my Problems.

nice check in from hosts but thats all. the room was on 5th floor, NO WINDOWS and after a long trip i expected warm/hot water but lo and behold all i got was cold water. $55 a night thank God i only reaerved for one night, never again!

Were do i begin,over the yrs of travling this was the least uncomfortable stay,Iwont say everything was bad thank God for a few great employees with a beautiful personality... We had water noise allll day and night in our room bed skirts and sheet with old coffee stains sigh... i can go on and on but like i said i refuse to give them all bad ! The pool is beautiful and the first day of cocktail s were delicious the only thing i wish i knew was that they are catering for persons outside the hotel as well wgich is fine but it left me in a space of uncomfort due to it not being about your guest anymore.....

Today is 10/28/2020 the lady in front service haved a nasty attitude,very rude they need to change her This place is bad!!!!!!!! Super bad

No hot water or pressure on the fifth floor . Lots of people in front of hotel fighting to get in to party with no mask on . Security staff has no idea of what to do, phones in room not working. Breakfast same thing every day.No priority for or respect for some one who books to stay in this hotel. Priority only for Casino clients and party goers. Never again this place is Horrible.

The worse hotel that can go please stay away from it. Dirty disgusting , I had to cut my stay short because of the noise and people smoking weed on the hallways, horrible service dirty linens. Broken down rooms bad customer service, no hot water only two towers that they was and dry on the roof top of the hotel absolutely horrendously experience.

Didn't like at all, to much money for the location and service, before arrival was calling the hotel for some information the phone was disconected so no way for me to communicate with anybody, the room was dirty upon arrivals, WI-FI sucks, no hot water, no towels, my sister's found her laptop broken and they denied, and on top of that at night at the pool they have partys very disturbing and discusting scenes. The only good think was the service of one employee in the breakfast area, sorry I don't remember his name. If you want to relax or if you going with family PLEASE think twice.
