Not all the rooms have air conditioning...beware
My family of four was given a room in a building that had no air conditioning and it was a hot night. I asked the desk to be relocated but they could not accommodate the request because they were full. The furniture in the room was badly worn and the fake leather chairs were peeling. The walls had small pieces of drywall missing in areas and you could tell that this room has not been maintained or used very much. I couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning. I would not have stayed here more than the one night I had to.

Amazing from check in to check out. The breakfast was Superb! The internet was a bit tricky to log into, but hey, you can't have it all. I definitely recommend this place.

Good sightseers base.
This is a hotel for a short stay in Munich. The rooms are rather dim, and the bathrooms small, but the staff were very helpful when we had a problem. Don't go with too much luggage! The breakfast buffet is generous and varied. The location is just far enough out from Mariensplatz to be quiet, but there's a big Italian eatery stright across the street. The hotel has a little courtyard garden too. Not sure how it compares for price with other places, we booked at a few hour's notice.
