Amazing two-night stay with the mister. The villa was beautiful, proper king size bed, top grade bedding, nice spacious lounge areas both indoors and outdoors, private pool. One draw back is the near zero privacy coz of the open plan layout. Personalized touches were really thoughtful. Grounds, completely zen and lovely, with a charming boutique resort vibe. From the reception area there's a pathway of fountains leading up to the infinity pool to the beach. Very relaxing pool side area and the sofa beds on the beach are a highlight - we fell asleep on one one afternoon! Location, pretty good compared to say the Intercontinental which is miles away from everywhere. Four shuttles a day to Hoi An would save some buck - taxis are no longer cheap. Food at the hotel was very good although overpriced. Service was varied. Our Fusionista Thuy Anh was capital A Awesome who helped us with everything from bookings to finding great local restaurants to even picking out the nice fruits. Staff at the spa looked overworked hence grumpy. Their English skills were also quite limited so they sometimes sounded rude. Other staff had scripted responses to most things, including restaurant recommendations so seek advice elsewhere if you're a foodie. Spa treatment quality was okay. Overall good value for money. Will come back.

Wonderful hotel! The spa treatments and spa facilities are fantastic for a couple retreat. The staff were extremely helpful and were happy to assist us in all our needs. Very professional service throughout our entire stay. Definitely a luxury resort for those wanting something quite special in a relatively busy city.

This is a special hotel. They do the big things very well but they also do the small things, the ones that can irritate, exceptionally well. When we booked I didn't even realise that the spa was included in the price - I just wanted somewhere that we could relax and enjoy. The staff have all been very well trained and do their very best to make guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. The F&B is wonderful, while the rooms are totally private and amazingly comfortable. This hotel has been very well thought out and designed to make the guests' stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I was told that the management company is European, and this would seem true from the professional way everything is done. We will definitely go back there.

Good , just think spa became a production line because included and the feeling of special was diluted. Great idea but need to work on the customer interaction as spa constantly busy

We are extremely pleased with our stay at Fusion Maia. We felt warmly welcomed the moment we stepped into the resort/our room, with a card, a fresh flower and some welcome cookies on the coffee table. Apart from the swimming pool and access to a beautiful long stretch of beach, the resort also offers a range of activities/facilities such as yoga, meditation, breathing classes, pool and ping-pong tables, and shuttle bus services to Hoi An. The staff also made good recommendations as to restaurant choices and offered very personalised services. The "fusionista" who took care of us was very friendly, energetic and helpful. The spa treatments were satisfactory and the food was great overall. The only set back is that there are not many restaurants nearby, so we usually took a taxi when we dined outside (the rides took around 15-30min). Felt very refreshed after our stay, and would visit again in the future.
