Seraphine Kensington Olympia Hotel

Crusty floors, little flying bugs in the room, the air conditioner clearly didn’t work even though staff insisted that it did work. This stay was definitely not worth the money, but I have to also mention the fact that there was mould on the curtains and the paint on the wall was peeling. The bathroom was okay though it did smell a little and the beds were okay as well. I would have to rate the hotel a solid 4/10 because of how the staff at the hotel did nothing to solve the air conditioning issue, especially when it was a hot day, so I definitely 110% will not be returning to this hotel. Absolutely nothing special about the place and I would even have to say you’d be better suited to stay at a Travelodge because it was a disaster of a stay at this hotel. Do not go....

Really clean and comfortable! Amazing location!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast was a great continental selection. This is a great place for those who are planning to spend the day in the city and have a comfortable room to come back to at night

The receptions was really helpful and as a mater of pride showed me another room for comparison . The rooms are clean and tidy and the bathrooms modern . I had intended to go out for breakfast but on checking the food choices I had breakfast in and am glad i did. The hotel is a buzzy place and i would recommend this to almost anyone ( although there did seem to be a lot of stairs involved though cause a problem for some customers .

Always love stay at Seraphine Olympia. Lovely helpful people at reception. Rooms not huge, but they have all I needed. Great location! Holland park so close for a run, and Phillies cafe for the best coffees.
