Room was clean, bathroom was spacious and luxurious. Service at check in and at lobby…
Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Have to pay for parking which sucks

Sloppy Management Practice
The hotel is well placed and very good in general , but they don’t have their act together in the details . There was no laundry bags etc in the room nor room service menu , they did not clean up the room when we left and at 3:00 pm I had to chase down a housekeeper to do it..,.Katter the had mixed up my laundry! Took another call to get it back.. “Sloppy Management Practice”

Not bad, but not the JW service I’m used to.
Good stay in general, but I’ve come to expect better from JW. We arrived after check-in start time, but our room was not ready. We’re told we would receive a call when the room was ready, but no call ever came. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable which is my baseline for a JW. They delivered on that part. When requesting our car from the valet, we were told it would take 15-20 minutes which I expected , but it took 35. All in all, while not a bad stay, I do expect better from JW, and this was pretty average.

No extra roll of toilet paper. Had to wait 25 minutes for some. Bathroom floor dirty. Full-size beds EXTREMELY SMALL!!!
