Liked it very clean but think needs a bit of a revamp but would stay again

Un clean bed sheets and bathroom Non hygienic breakfast

Enjoyable 2 night stay while visiting the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, considering the hotel prices sky rocket during this period, this hotel was great value on price.

I was very pleased with this hotel,it was very clean plenty of room even changed my room so i could have a downstairs room with me being disabled,friendly and very helpful,bed was so cosy did mot want to get up this morning .i would definately book here again even gabe us a breakfast bag

Enjoyed our stay. Room was great and staff was nice and helpful. Excellent location due to 2 bus stops in easy walking distance. ( to airport or city centre)

Very clean and staff friendly with impeccable manners

Staff friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The room was for 3 people but there was only 2 of everything! and the shower pressure and temperature was not the greatest it was very difficult to get a shower when you had to wait long period for it to heat up and then when it did it was a trickle that came out! also there was not enough plug sockets. Was fine for one night but not for more than one night. Also the stairs were very narrow due to the amount of ornaments and lamps on the stair case which meant you struggled to get cases up without knocking something over. Overall, was fine for one night but you could not stay any longer than that.

Have stayed couple of times its handy for murrayfield hospital . For the money it does the job big rooms clean and a good breakfast ... Friendly staff. .

Staff excellent hotel nice only complaint I can make was my room number 3 is right next to laundry room so had washing machine and tumble driers going while I was trying to sleep

Great value for money and really to get into the city centre attractions. The hotel is a little dated but staff are really helpful and friendly.
