Beautiful hotel I enjoyed so much

Excellent hotel , excellent service and excellent employees

It was a pleasant stay at Sunrise Royal - we've chosen it for the kids in order to enjoy water park and slides. The territory is huge and well-cared for. I could notice that the staff takes care about the covid rules and regulations - at the territory, during the meal time etc. We had good room at the ground floor just front of the playground and near to the pool. Very convenient location. It was perfectly clean, thanks to our HK Mohamed for the special care. The A/C was noisy somehow but after the first day we got used to it and did not notice the sound. Food was very tasty, good variety at the main restaurant and we also liked the snacks during the day near Aqua pool - they make delicious pizza, burgers. Thanks to Yousef from Aqua bar and Yousef from Splash bar for the service; thanks to Lauren and Lina from animation for their everyday attention. We really enjoy our stay and would like to repeat it again!

It was such an excellent resort . All the stuff are smiling and helpful. Aqua park was amazing , a very good animation team , there is a lot of variety in food and snack and very good quality I really enjoy my stay and definitely will come again

Overall it was a good experience. Cleaning, facilities and Entertainment the only bad thing is the small trucks (which transport the bags from reception to rooms). Some of drivers were driving at crazy speed between buildings and whole the resort, in the meanwhile i have made complain and asked talk with the responsible person! but unfortunately without any action from hotel.

The hotel in general is not bad but day used spoil the service

We enjoyed our stay at sunrise Makadi the staff was very helpful and the rooms are very clean the beach is clean and nice overall it was a nice comfortable resort

Amazing Vacation, Starting from the reception (Especially Amr), going to the Aqua park, Beach and Pools, all stuff is extremely friendly and helpful, They are working around the clock to make your stay as much as comfortable. I will difinetely reccomend this Hotel to everyone, looking for safe and fun vacation for his family and his kids.

Overall it's nice to stay in Sunrise most of staff are nice and polite only what I don't like it's a lot of family and kids and so noisy i would like they didn't put next to us family with kids it's keeping crying full night and after that 3 guys or 2 in next room they forgot all night the water opened for Wash room and water came to my room like swimming pool at 3.30 AM i called reception and they solved fast but most of guest there they don't have manners especially in food time and they keep starring at us anytime really if this hotle for adults and couples only it will be amazing i would like to thank Mohamed abdeldaim in house keeping he was making amazing decorations with towels and he his so kind and polite.
