Norfolk Hotel

It's overrated if you're expecting an international standard of an Asian hotel. Elevators take in no more than 4 with small luggages, corridor are dim and not air conditioned and the lobby is fitted with uncomfortable seats. To be in HCMC, heat, noise and dust are a given. The upside to this hotel is its attentive staff and good location. Are there better alternatives ? Look hard and the answer is yes for less.

Very friendly staffs from doormen to restaurant. Stayed here couple years ago and returned again this year. Unfortunately, only stayed for 1 day because hotel was not available when I tried to book for 3 additional nights.

The hotel was ok , rooms were large but the view was at back of hotel, the resturant was far to expensive and so were the wine s ..some wine s can buy in Australia for $ 10 and they wanted about $70 happy hour at 6.00-7-00 pm is the only thing worth going in resturant ,... Breakfast was simple but ok , The service is 5 star
