The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Karolina helped us save money with her recommendations too. Breakfast was delicious and serving staff were so helpful. The twin room was so spacious, comfortable and always clean. Location was ideal too as literally only feet away from the old town square. All attractions within walking distance.

Not quite as spacious as the photos would lead you to believe but clean with pleasant staff. Breakfast was good for continental, not much hot food.The bar was actually next door to the hotel and accessed by a lift within the hotel - confused? - wait till you see the Alcatraz theme! Location is great - right next to main square, although this means your taxi will be at the end of the road not in front of hotel. I would probably stay again.

Room was small, No wardrobe, 3 coat hangers on hooks. Managed ok as only 2 nights, wouldn’t have liked to be there any longer. Front room , pretty noisy at night

Stayed in a single room whilst there. Good sized room, bed was comfy. Really nice bathroom - shower was good too. Breakfast was continental - plenty to choose from and had 2 cooked options as well. Right in the centre of Krakow, and about 25 minute walk from the train station.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and bonus free breakfast. The hotel is so close to the main square. The rooms were spotless. Couldn't fault anything.

Fantastic hotel, only steps from the main square. Kept immaculately clean. Friendly reception staff, all spoke good English. Good selection of food for breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again

Another perfect stay at this lovely hotel. Very quiet and yet perfect location just off the market square. Large comfortable double room with huge Modern shower room. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was adequate, but don’t expect a full English. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back.
