Over-promise under-deliver.
Rooms were advertised as 350 square feet. They are under 300 square feet. When I booked this reservation it was because of the size of the room as we were having our five year old daughter with us. While she doesn't take up much room we do like a little privacy and like to make sure that all the bags and places. This was one of the most cramped rooms. When I addressed this with the front desk she literally ignored me. I called hotels.com and try to get them to move our reservation, however when they called the front desk the front desk girl looked at the phone picked it up and hung up the phone. I watched as all this happened and I was very disappointed that this type of customer service would actually exist at a hotel.

Clean, comfy, convenient, & great breakfast!
Perfect spot coming into El Paso from the west. Only issue was the toilet tank wasn't filling properly, but not worth moving rooms. Comfortable beds. Didn't watch much TV or use the pool. Great customer service at front desk. My 9yr old son wants to come back to this place because of their breakfast, to which he said, "Look at all this heaven!" We'd definitely stay here again.
