Radisson Blu Hotel, Gdansk

We were here during COVID and everything was safe and secure. Hotel clean and comfortable. Great weekend away

Without thinking about cost, this is a large professional "proper" hotel smack in the middle of the city without any corners cut. Lovely entrance and reception area, and the room itself was perfect and welcoming. A place you look forward to returning in the evening after a packed day out in Gdansk and the region! Covid preparation and protection was closely adhered to with all staff wearing face shields and lots of areas to clean hands. They have a business centre where you can print off documents and it was fine. Now when you factor in the cost of this place it is unbelievable value! Next time I'm in the area I will certainly check availability here!

Travelling during a pandemic may worry some but Radisson Blu Hotel in Gdansk made you feel at ease. Buffet breakfast still running, no compromise on service and as ever, a great location in the centre of Gdansk old town. We arrived at 1am and the night staff (Martin) was so welcoming and polite, especially when I rang him at 1.30am to double check some information! Masks are to be worn in communal areas when other people are present (breakfast buffet area) but not when sitting to eat and drink :)

What a disappointment 🙁 We stayed in new Raddison Blue a few months ago and we were delighted- great hotel. This time we decided to choose Radisson Blue - at Dlugi Targ, which suppose to be level higher (5 stars). We had a feeling that the best times of this hotel are ended. Comparing to other Hotels in Gdansk - like Qubus or Hotel Gdansk staff was friendly but seems to be not well tried. Instead of information that rooms are only clean on request and other services are limited they just give us a 2 pages information. It seems that somebody give up on this hotel long time ago. Curtains had a holes in it, fridge was out of service and by cleaning they mean changing towels. Great location however there are other better hotels in Gdansk offering better service for the same or lower price. I would be surprised if this hotel will close down any time soon.

The whole experience was great. Friendly and efficient staff, a very high level of cleanliness that inspired a feeling of safety in these pandemic times. Highly recommended because of these and its superb location.

We stayed at the Radisson for four nights. It is a lovely hotel with large, comfortable, quiet rooms. The staff were helpful and everything worked perfectly. We will be back again sometime.

Hotel is in the perfect location to see this beautiful city. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom had under floor heating (perfect for a January visit) and the whole hotel was immaculate.

We had a family room for 4 nights and it was a great New year vacation. The location is perfect: main steet in old town, beautifully decorated , in waking distance to everything that tourists with a family need: shopping, food, places of interest. Spacious rooms that fit up to 4 people, clean, modern. Breakfast buffet is more than enough))) We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was worth it: it is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Poland

Great hotel! Loved the location and the staff was all very helpful as well.we will stay here again on our next trip
