Parking is very limited and for Compact cars only
If you drive a vehicle any bigger than a compact car, you will have a tough time parking in their parking structure. 75% of the parking is compact and sub- compact size. Arrived at 9pm and took a hour to find a spot we could fit our Subaru Outback into and it ended up being a handicap spot on the ground level. Santa Cruz has a healthy tourism presence and one would think when planning and engineering this building they could have done a better job to accommodate for the average car/van or Truck. No matter what the amenities you can offer a person, if they can not park their vehicle upon arrival what point is it to stay here. We will stay somewhere else next time. Poor design In the bathrooms, every shower taken left a huge pool of water by the door. When someone stands in the shower with the water hitting them it splashes back on the lower tub and right to the floor. If I could get my money back I would in a heart beat. For what you pay these things should not be an issue. Yes the bed was comfortable, yes they have a pool. Yes there is a continental breakfast but the hassle of not being able to parking quickly and safely is first and foremost for me.

A good choice, would stay again
Hotel is a good choice for the price. It's location is a bit off the main drags but it's quiet and there are places to eat near by. Parking was fine, might be a bit tight for large vehicles. Staff is friendly and the breakfast was well stocked. Coffee was very good. The pool must have been warm, people were in it.
