Everything's good, except wifi reception. It cut out all the time, if I could get it at all.... Soooo annoying... and costly because I was billed by a taxi pickup service twice, because wifi cut out in the middle of my transaction, and the contract was billed twice! I finally fixed it, but it took a week of my vacation to do so! Not knowing any Czech language was a hindrance. It seemed tgat once the Czech people knew you were a vulnerable tourist - they were in for the kill! They overcharged; unloaded false foreign currency on you; and prided themselves in ripping you off! I'LL NEVER go back there again!

The residence exceeded our expectations! The room was very big and comfortable for 4 people. It was very clean, and contained everything we could need. Location is absolutely perfect. You can walk everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They even held our bags for us the day of our departure so we could explore the city during the day. Special thanks to Kitty who made sure we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back

Everything was more than perfect!!!

Everything was great, specially with the staff. Jacqueline, Dean and Irina were extremly kind and efficient at all time. The airline lost my luggage and I didn't receive it until the next day, but it was thanks to them that it was delivered all the way to the hotel. Location great, room great.
