Even though they had a bigger room, they didn't give it to me. I was willing to pay extra. I ended up paying for a another room for daughter. THEY LIE RIGHT TO YOUR FACE AND WILL NOT GIVE COMPLAIN FORM UNLESS YOU FILL IT OUT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM

Affordable getaway
The local of this hotel is excellent. You literally walk into both plaza nueva and the shopping district. The room is quite tiny but manageable. Only thing I wasn’t happy with was that the toilet seat was loose and your knees literally touch the bathtub. Staff were super friendly.

We had asked for breakfast but no one told us that the place does not have a restaurant! We should have been told beforehand! otherwise the hotel is good. The location is excellent. And the staff very helpful
