I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars...
This hotel was a huge disappointment. I don't know where they got the 4 stars... The entrance was full of garbage, papers, and cigarette leftovers; nobody cleans it. It was like a ghost hotel, the breakfast buffet was really poor and I had to go to the reception to ask if they could send someone to refill the trays, even if it was one hour before closing time... it was hard to find personnel.

OK hotel. Good hotel but a little outdated
The hotel was OK. The room was clean although, in general, could use an update. The hotel is located outside of the city walls, but it is well located. A 10-minute walk will take you to the cathedral. Ávila is a small town, so everything of interest is within walking distance from the hotel.
