It was clean, quite and overall nice environment.

Pool is dirty in room cukrage

Office was locked when I went to check-out and I could not find the breakfast area.

I check in late at 12 am the staff leave the keys on the window for me

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel was getting pretty run down, but the rooms themselves have been redone recently. Pool needed some attention as it had grass and other debris floating in it. Not bad overall, but the price could be a little lower for what it was.

We had to pay a deposit which is a little weird. I did receive the deposit 2 days after checkout. Beds weren't made when checked in but the guy from the front desk did arrive quickly to make the bed. The toilets were a little dirty. The fridge actually worked great so that was a plus. Housekeeping unexpectedly woke us up around 8am the day of checkout...

Very nice personnel especiallt at desk. Adequate breakfast.

The staff was very pleasant! Luckily we checked in before going to our sons sport event, otherwise we would of froze all night. The temperature outside was 29 degrees and the heat was not on in the room. We wanted to rest a little beforehand. Instead we turned the heat on all the way up and left. When we returned 6 hours later the room had warmed up but cold air was coming in thru the doorway. The doors need to be resealed.

Harry is amazing! He was very considerate. In 23 degree weather, he turned the heat on in the rooms prior to our arrival, and held the rooms for hours after check-in. We needed to leave early due to a family matter and he credited the second night's booking. Although the hotel is old and needs remodeling, we'd stay there again just because of Harry.
