Due to a death in the family, I had to extend my stay twice. The staff at the hotel was more than accommodating❗️ Although I did not go down for breakfast, I have stayed at another The Hotel & breakfast was terrific. Location is wonderful. This is not a five-star hotel but it is excellent for its status👍

Not the best experience
The hotel is in a vibrant part of the city but, other than the lobby, it tends to get a bit run-down as it relates to the finishes and upkeep. There was a hole below the carpet in my room that I could feel as I walked over it. The shower leaked constantly and the cold water int he bathroom was problematic to turn on and off. The toilet was also very small and just not comfortable.

Hotel location is good. The street is a little scruffy but safe enough with plenty of places to eat. Hotel is small & parts could do with a bit of a refurb. The windows in our room were draughty & the bathroom had no heating so was freezing. Staff friendly & free breakfast was added bonus.
