Vic Eiffel

Exceptionally accommodating and congenial staff. Remarkably convenient to metro. Sound proofing from exterior noise excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and will return next time in Paris.

Our stay was great. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean. The only criticism would be the rooms are a little smaller than what we are use to. Overall great experience

Our time at the Vic Eiffel was only 3 nights the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I loved the shower! The location is perfect for walking to a lot of sight seeing monuments. We felt safe. The rooms are a little small but when in Paris you don’t want to be hanging out in your hotel room anyway so we would definitely go back there.

This is my 2nd time staying at Vic Eiffel. It has air conditioning, High speed WiFi, soft sheets, spacious, clean, near two metro lines (12 & 6), near restaurants, excellent tea, L’Octaine toiletries, and good breakfast. We were greeted VERY WELL everyday, except Sunday, night 7/21/19. After an extremely hot day of walking all over Versailles, we needed water. The free water w lemon tasted old/rotten. I told the man at the front desk and he just sat there and said “okay” and continued to look at his phone. I asked if we could have a water bottle for free, he said only the first night. I then explained again the free water with lemon is disgusting. He argued, “My colleague changed it this morning (this was 22:00 hrs)”. He ignored me and refused to get fresh water, he just sat there looking at his phone. No stores were open. We were dying of thirst. A water bottle costs 0.50 at the store. We paid how much per night? How much will this negative review cost? I left the hotel to make a phone call, an hour later there was still no fresh water.

Staff was particularly helpful. Location was great for Left Bank -- right next to Metro Station. Within easy walking distance to UNESCO Headquarters.
