Our room was comfortable, and spacious. There was a wide selection of food for breakfast which seemed excellent value for money. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, in the heart of the city, and very close to tram routes, shopping and restaurants. If you like trying cocktails you have to visit the bar in the evening, but be warned it is very busy. The staff are very helpful, and particularly in the bar, very attentive

Perfect location for city walking - the very city center. Tram stop for all directions in less than 100 meters. Perfect condition for a comfortable stay: a bathtub with hot water starting immediately, a comfortable bed, fast WiFI, a teapot and a convenient system for heat adjustment. The personal was friendly and prompt. Supermarket Spar just in the next house. The room was quite and good ventilated. The highest mark.

The hotel is a beautiful historic building right next to the main square of Graz, so everything is on your doorstep. We had a drink in the hotel bar, and the cocktails are excellent. The staff are very helpful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location, clean and comfortable but.....
There was a mix-up in my booking when I arrived and the reception claimed they did not have a room under me even when I showed them the confirmation email from hotels.com. When I showed that I had even paid the non-refundable fee, the staff seemed to be rather grudging and unhappy in looking for a room and no apology was even provided. Service could be improved in this area especially when a mistake was made on your end. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Location was good.

This hotel is in a really nice old building. The staff were lovely and my room was huge. The decor is in keeping with the history of the building which I liked. My shower was huge and a great start to the day. It is also a great location by the main sqaure.
