Best Western Chiswick Palace & Suites

Very quiet and very comfortable room

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was great coming to the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our triple room (Double bed and a single bed) was very cozy and comfortable. Hotel and room was kept very clean. Cool AC, great water pressure in the shower. Nice kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We got a room on the ground floor. Short 10 minute walk to the underground station, including bus stops. Nice restaurants short walking distance. There's a 24 hour convenience store across the street. We will definately come again.

We booked a double room at this hotel 6 weeks before arriving, and were very disappointed to be allocated a double room with an extra single bed in the basement of the hotel. The room (504) was hot, very claustrophobic, had a tiny bathroom, no natural light, and we immediately demanded to be moved. We were told this couldn't be done until the following day when we were moved to room 212, which we were happy with. If you book this hotel, state you do not want a basement or annex room, as they are terrible.
