George Hotel

Didn't realize I booked a shared bathroom... but I got up early. Great location. I'd stay here again. Enjoyed the inclusive breakfast.

Room given initially was a converted bathroom with a bed where the bath had been. The toilet and shower was not separated, even the floor was still tiled with a dirty rug on it. It was freezing because they had opened windows to get rid of the damp from the shower. This should not be used as a room unless the bathroom is removed and not offered as an en suite. It is not fit for purpose. The shower was cold and the bed that I just sat on was rock hard. Disgraceful. However I complained and was moved, the room I was then given was lovely except the bed was also Rick hard. So I didn't sleep any way. On the other hand all staff were exception from the lad on reception to the lady at breakfast, which was delicious

It was quiet at night I had a good night sleep. The staff were welcoming

Near cafés, shops, pubs, and Euston and St Pancras stations (10m walk). Decent breakfast, pleasant staff.

Reasonable value, central hotel for Kings Cross and Euston - quiet street - breakfast a bit below parr but overall good value.
